Service Description
As a Day-of Wedding Coordinators, our role is to ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly and seamlessly, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the event from start to finish, managing vendor arrivals and setups, maintaining the timeline, coordinating the ceremony and reception flow, troubleshooting any last-minute issues, and serving as the main point of contact for all parties involved. We work closely with the couple, venue staff, and vendors to bring your vision to life while keeping everything on schedule and stress-free.
Cancellation Policy
Free Event Consultation Policy We’re excited to help you plan the perfect photo booth experience! To ensure a smooth consultation process, please review our policy below. Scheduling & Availability Free event consultations are available by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. Consultations are conducted via phone, video call, or in person (location permitting). Consultation Duration & Scope Each consultation lasts up to 30 minutes and covers: ✅ Event details (date, location, theme) ✅ Photo booth options and customization ✅ Pricing, packages, and add-ons ✅ Q&A session to address your concerns The consultation does not include venue visits or event setup previews. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed consultations without prior notice may result in limited future booking opportunities.
