Cancellation Policy
Photo Booth Rental Policy To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, please review our Photo Booth Rental Policy before booking. Booking & Payments Must be paid in full at time of booking. We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other approved methods. Setup & Space Requirements The photo booth requires a minimum of 10x10 feet of space with access to a standard power outlet within 25 feet. For outdoor events, the booth must be placed on a flat, dry surface with overhead covering if rain is possible. The client must ensure proper venue approval and accessibility for setup. Event Duration & Overtime Rental time begins at the scheduled start time, not upon guest arrival. If additional time is needed, overtime rates will apply and must be paid before extending the service. Damage & Liability The client is responsible for any damage caused to the booth, props, or equipment due to guest misuse. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the event. Photo & Video Delivery Digital photos and videos will be sent via text or email during the event. A full gallery link will be provided within 48 hours after the event. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability). Cancelations with 30 days prior to scheduled event will result in full refund. Reschedule of event prior to 14 days of scheduled event at no additional cost. Cancelations made to reservation less than 30 days of scheduled event will result in 50% refund.
